Terms of Service

vKurved Flight Designs LLC · Effective October 12, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and vKurved Flight Designs LLC (“vKurved,” “we,” “us”) for purchases from us and for this website. A purchase may be a digital product or a service-based product. By buying a product, using a service, or using this website, you agree to these terms, the refund and cancellation policy, and the Privacy Policy.

What we offer

vKurved Flight Designs LLC sells digital products and service-based products. A digital product is licensed to you. These terms do not describe any particular digital product.

ForgeVAM is one current service. It is a hosted flight-simulation platform. It includes dispatch, bids, routes, tours, fleet, ranks, pilot reports (PIREPs), training, a company home, and a desktop tracker for X-Plane and Microsoft Flight Simulator. We operate the platform. You operate the service: the people you admit, routes, branding, modules, and tracking rules. People sign in with your login code, and flight data from the tracker posts only to your service.

ForgeVAM is in alpha testing. Features may be added, changed, or removed while we test. Keep your own copy of any record you cannot afford to lose.

Accounts

You are responsible for the activity under your login and for keeping that login private. For a service, you are responsible for the people you admit and for the content you upload. Provide accurate account information and tell us if you believe an account is being misused. Write to support@vkurved.com.

Acceptable use

These rules apply to every purchase and to this website. You agree that you will:

• follow the laws that apply to you;
• avoid interfering with a product or service, attempting to break its access controls, or placing a load on it that is meant to disrupt it;
• avoid uploading or sharing content you do not have the right to use;
• avoid using a product or service to harm another person.

If you use ForgeVAM, use it for flight-simulation operations. Do not present a simulated flight as a real-world flight.

We may suspend or close access when these terms are broken, when we must do so to follow the law, or when continued access would put a product, a service, or another customer at risk. When we can, we will email the address on the account and explain what happened.

Payment terms

Prices are in United States dollars (USD) and are shown before you pay. A digital product is charged at checkout. A service is billed in advance for the full period shown at checkout, such as a month or a year. Payment is due at checkout. Delivery or access starts after the payment clears.

A paid service renews for another period of the same length unless you cancel before that period ends. The price for the next period is the price shown for that plan before we charge it. Cancel by emailing support@forgevam.com. We do not charge a cancellation fee. A cancellation stops the next charge. The service stays available through the end of the period already paid.

We collect a deposit or other partial payment only when an invoice says so. That invoice states the deposit, what it pays for, the remaining balance, and when the balance is due, before you pay anything.

If a payment is rejected and does not clear, a digital product is not delivered and a service does not start. If a renewal of a service is rejected, we suspend that service until a payment succeeds. If you dispute a charge with your bank or the payment company, we may suspend access while the dispute is open. If the disputed amount is reversed, we end access to that purchase. Taxes, if any, are added when the law requires them and are shown before you pay.

Refunds, returns, and how to cancel are in the refund and cancellation policy. Digital products are not eligible for a return or a refund. A request for a service-based product made within 3 days of the charge is considered case by case. Email support@vkurved.com. A cancellation returns no money and leaves a paid service available through the end of the billing period already paid.

A right to cancel or a refund that the law where you live requires still applies, as that policy describes.

License and your content

We own our products, our services, this website, and our branding. A digital product is licensed, not sold. You receive a limited right to use the copy you bought while these terms allow it. You may not copy it except as needed to use that copy, and you may not resell it or offer it as your own product.

For a service, you receive a limited right to use it while these terms are in effect and the service is in good standing. You may not resell that service as your own product. You keep ownership of the content you submit. You give us permission to host and display that content so we can provide the service.

If you send us suggestions, we may use them to improve our products and services without owing a separate fee.

Legal restrictions

ForgeVAM is a flight-simulation service. Using it does not require a pilot certificate, medical certificate, or other aviation license, and it does not grant any real-world privilege to fly an aircraft. It is not a real airline, air carrier, charter, or flight school, and it does not issue pilot certificates.

We do not sell alcohol, tobacco, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or financial products. Those industry licensing rules do not apply to a purchase from us.

Our products and services are for a general audience. They are not directed to children under 13. The customer for a service may set rules for the people it admits. Those rules belong to that customer.

Export restrictions

vKurved Flight Designs LLC is a United States company and offers digital products and services from the United States. Both are subject to U.S. export control and sanctions laws.

Use or download a product, and use a service, only if those laws allow you to receive it. As of October 11, 2026, products and services are not offered where the connection location or the billing country is Cuba, Iran, North Korea, or Syria, or where the connection location is Crimea, Sevastopol, Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson, or Zaporizhzhia. Ukraine as a whole is not on this list. Russia and Belarus are not on this list. The restriction is the connection location and the billing country. It is not citizenship, name, or ancestry. A purchase is not completed, and an invoice is not sent, when the billing country is on that list. Do not buy or use a product or service if you are on a U.S. denied-party or sanctions list. You are responsible for any import or use rules that apply where you are. We may refuse or end access when we must do so to follow these laws.

Disclaimers and liability

Digital products and services are provided as available. We do not promise uninterrupted access. ForgeVAM is in alpha testing, and its features may change. Simulation data from ForgeVAM, including tracker reports, can be incomplete or wrong, and it has no standing as a real-world flight record.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability for a claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for that purchase in the three months before the claim. If the law where you live does not allow a limit like this, the limit applies only as far as that law allows.

Changes and the rest of the agreement

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date. If you have a paid service and a change is material, we will also email the address on the account. Continuing to use a product or service after the new date means you accept the update. If you do not accept an update to a service, cancel as described in the refund and cancellation policy. A digital product is not eligible for a return or a refund.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which vKurved Flight Designs LLC is organized. If a court holds one part unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
